Misty Slagle, established Slagle Management NW, LLC in June 2019. After working as legislative staff in the Oregon Senate for three sessions she moved into association and event management. Throughout her nine years at the Home Builders Association of Metro Portland, she was in charge of candidate fund raising, lobbying East Multnomah County, the organizations 501c(3) foundation, educational programming and several committees. Most recently, Misty has served as an association manager for ten years at the Oregon based Western Advocates Incorporated. Currently, Slagle is the manager for the Oregon Government Finance Officers Association and several other Agriculturally based organizations in the Willamette Valley. Slagle has overseen all aspects of managing associations and their boards in her role as Executive Secretary and Association Manager for many organizations. Her budget and management experience help her excel in managing organizations who are struggling financially or with board and volunteer development. Misty is a graduate of Western Oregon State College.
